A Carolina BBQ Rub. Rub on a trimmed pork roast, wrap in saran and put in fridge overnight. In morning, put roast in crockpot, pour sauce over top (whisk together 1 bottle Sweet Baby Rays, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup Worcestershire, 1/4 cup honey) and cook on low 8 hours, shred and serve. I've tried a number of crockpot pulled pork recipes this year, this is my final recipe. Easy to prep ahead on Sunday, and really good! Can add 1/4 cup Franks Red Hot to sauce for additional heat.
