Cheesecake in Jars ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, zest of one lemon, 2 packages cream cheese, 8 oz each (room temp) 2 large eggs(room temp),¼ cup heavy cream,1 ½ t pure vanilla extract,1 c fresh berries.Preheat oven to 350. (see link for water bath baking details). Bake 25-30 min
