Summer salsa. It makes a great snack for those eating "light"!
These are SOOO GOOOOD! And they are soooo easy. MAKE sure to season them enough! This is a great side for a steak dinner if you are bored with the baked potato. They re-heat great IF you use the oven to re-heat them
